I attended a 3-day camp put on by Fran Davis this past weekend in Sarasota, Florida.  Other than the 8 hour drive each way, it was a weekend well spent.  It did make me very jealous of the Sarasota/Tampa residents that have 76 degree weather in January when I came home to 30 degree weather in Atlanta.  One of the things that Fran discussed during the camp, was her recommendation that competitors should always be reading books about mental toughness.  Currently, she is reading Win Forever: Live, Work, and Play Like a Champion by Peter N. Carroll.  I’m still catching up on other required reading, so this will go on my Amazon wish list so that I don’t forget to pick it up soon.
